The mixture is heated to combine the materials at a molecular level creating a honeycomb shaped integrity providing an extra strong structure under pressure.
The mixture is heated to the right temperature. It is then pressed through a template. This creates a high density, uniform product. This product is the composite decking board.
The boards are then cooled with water jets and cut to size with an automated saw in our 2.9m and 4 metre length boards. Once cooled the decking board edges are smoothed and the flat surface sanded to create a smooth finish making it safe for even pets and children to use.
